News Desk:

The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has initiated emergency repair work on an 18-inch high-pressure transmission pipeline in the Mach area of Kuchlak district, following significant damage earlier this week.

According to the company’s spokesperson, the affected pipeline will be restored as soon as possible, and gas supply to Quetta, Mastung, Pishin, Kalat, and Ziarat is expected to resume normal operations once repairs are completed.

Meanwhile, SSGC is maintaining a limited supply of gas through an alternate 12-inch QPL line, ensuring continued service at reduced pressure, particularly during peak meal times, to minimize inconvenience for residents.

The company expressed regret for the difficulties faced by consumers during this period and assured the public that full restoration of gas supply would follow as soon as the repair work is completed.
