Quetta: Commissioner Quetta Division, Shahzeb Khan Kakar, conducted a detailed visit today to various development projects underway under the Quetta Development Package. During the visit, Project Director QDP, Rafiq Baloch, briefed the Commissioner on the overall progress of the projects, the current pace of work, and the obstacles being faced.
On this occasion, Commissioner Quetta Division Shahzeb Khan Kakar inspected Sabzal Road Phase-II, the expansion work on Sariab Road and Airport Road, as well as the Prince Road widening project. He reviewed the quality and pace of the ongoing construction work and instructed the concerned departments to accelerate progress on all development projects and remove any hindrances without delay.
He emphasized that effective alternative routes must be arranged for the public and traffic during the construction period so that citizens face minimum inconvenience. The Commissioner made it clear that timely completion of these development projects is essential for the improvement of the city and for reducing traffic congestion; therefore, all departments must perform their responsibilities efficiently.
During the visit, the Commissioner issued directives to the officers present on-site to prioritize public convenience and ensure that all projects are completed with quality and speed.
