News Desk: In a landmark development, separatist leader Wadera Noor Ali Chakrani, along with more than 100 of his followers, has laid down arms and pledged allegiance to the state of Pakistan, signaling a major step towards peace in the region.

The surrender took place during a solemn ceremony in Sui, where Noor Ali Chakrani and his associates reaffirmed their loyalty to Pakistan and its national flag. The event was attended by key local leaders, including Mir Aftab Ahmed Bugti, who warmly welcomed the former militants back into the mainstream.

Mir Aftab Ahmed Bugti urged other individuals hiding in the surrounding mountainous areas to follow suit and join the national mainstream, highlighting the importance of collective efforts for lasting peace.

Town Chairman of Sui, Izzatullah Aman Bugti, praised the Balochistan Chief Minister’s citizen-focused vision and proactive measures, noting that the policy of engagement and strict action against terrorism has restored public confidence in the government.

“These developments demonstrate the positive outcomes of decisive security measures combined with people-oriented policies,” Aman Bugti said, emphasizing the critical role of community cooperation in Balochistan’s journey toward sustainable peace and development.
