News Desk: The Election Commission of Pakistan has announced re-polling at seven polling stations in Balochistan Assembly constituency PB-36 Kalat, set to take place on March 10, 2026, according to an official notification.

As part of the preparations, Provincial Election Commissioner Balochistan Ali Asghar Siyal administered the oath to Munir Ahmed Durrani, Deputy Commissioner Kalat, appointing him as District Returning Officer (DRO).

Officials said arrangements are being finalized to ensure a transparent, neutral, and orderly voting process. These include training of polling staff, timely distribution of election materials, and strengthened administrative and security measures.

The election authorities, in coordination with the district administration, police, and relevant departments, aim to provide voters with a secure and peaceful environment to freely exercise their right to vote.
