QUETTA: TV artist and government employee Aftab Jabal has been released on bail after being arrested in connection with the tragic incident in Quetta’s Wahdat Colony.

The incident involved the deaths of four children and their mother. According to the available report, the father allegedly killed his four children and wife before taking his own life. A video message that surfaced after the incident reportedly blamed Aftab Jabal for the deaths, following which he was taken into custody.

After his release on bail, Ali Baloch, President of the Mutahida Mutazireen Funkaran Action Committee Balochistan, and Haleem Shahwani, the committee’s Contact Secretary, visited Aftab Jabal at his residence and congratulated him on his release.
