Levies Force will be trained, well-equipped: CM Balochistan

Khuzdar: Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan on Friday said Levies Force will be well-equipped and trained to maintain a law and order situation in the province. Addressing the Levies recruits’ passing-out parade, he said all available resources will be mobilized to provide better training and facilities to levies forces to battle terrorism.

Passing-out parade of 600 recruits held

The CM witnessed a passing-out parade of 600 recruits from 9 districts of Balochistan in Khuzdar. Among the new recruits, 24 were female. The levies personnel imparted 4 months of training.

Jam Kamal Khan on the occasion informed that funds have been released for the establishment of a levies training center. In the training center, levies personnel from all 33 districts of Balochistan would be provided training to perform their duties in the best professional way.

Female recruits performed well during the passing-out parade 

“The performance of female recruits is outstanding”, Jam Kamal remarked. He said law enforcement agencies rendered great sacrifices to ensure the restoration of peace in the province.  Jam Kamal stated that peace has returned to Balochistan following sacrifices rendered by security forces. “We will continue to support our law enforcement agencies”, he said.

The newly passed levies personnel showed their performance during the passing-out parade. The personnel successfully opened fire on their targets and battled terrorists during the function. The audience was impressed by the performance of newly passed levies personnel.

Home Minister Balochistan, Mir Ziaullah Langove, parliamentary secretary on information, Bushra Rind, and other high ups were also present on the occasion. They hailed the performance of levies force for battling the terrorists and sacrificing their lives to ensure peace in the province.
