Landmine blast kills a child in Bala Nari Bolan

NASEERABAD: A landmine explosion has killed a child in Balochistan’s Bolan district on Thursday. Haji Rehmatullah Khosa, the Tehsildar Bala Nari said the child and his father were walking in the area when they stepped over a landmine.
The landmine exploded with big bang killing the child on the spot. Father of the child suffered injuries in the explosion.
“They were shepherds”, Mr. Khosa said.

Injured shifted to hospital 
Levies personnel shifted the injured man to nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Levies also reached the spot and started investigation into the incident.
Levies said miscreants had planted the landmine in the area.

Landmine explosions claimed precious human lives 
Landmines planted by mistreatments have claimed scores of precious human lives in Kohlu, Dera Bugti, Bolan and other parts of Balochistan.
