Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan addressed the prevailing situation with regard to novel coronavirus on Twitter on Sunday night. The Chief Minister came live from his Twitter account and answered questions of masses regarding coronavirus in the province.

People belonging to Quetta and various parts of Balochistan put questions before the Chief Minister regarding novel coronavirus in the province. My government is determined to support the people in this hour of trial and battle the virus with the support of masses, the Chief Minister said.

Jam Kamal Khan however warned that the virus has global impacts and it will be having impacts on the economy of Pakistan and Balochistan as well. Responding to a question, he said the issue of the internet would be taken up with the federal government in Mekran and other parts of Balochistan, Perhaps, there is immense pressure on internet companies since all the people are confined to their homes in the aftermath of lockdown in the country and world.
