QUETTA: The number of novel coronavirus cases has risen to 495 in Balochistan on Tuesday. 33 fresh cases of coronavirus were confirmed by the corona cell of health directorate. So far the virus has caused 6 deaths in Balochistan.

Coronavirus cases have been confirmed in 11 districts of Balochistan out of a total of 33. The number of active cases is 322 and 167 patients have up till now recovered from the disease.

The corona cell mentioned that the result of 377 cases of coronavirus patients was still pending. In Balochistan, more than 6,000 tests of coronavirus patients have been conducted in the province. Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan tweeted that 337 cases were locally transmitted in the province, appealing the masses to stay at home and adopt social-distancing during battle against the virus.
