A total of 49 new cases of the novel coronavirus were reported in Balochistan on Friday evening. With the confirmation of new cases, the total number of cases has reached 656 in the province. The corona cell established at directorate general of health Balochistan in a daily situation report mentioned that the virus has caused 10 deaths so far.
The province has conducted over 6,700 tests up till now. 176 patients of the novel coronavirus have recovered in Balochistan so far and they have been discharged from hospitals. The Balochistan government has also launched random testing of patients in the outskirts of Quetta city to make sure maximum tests of patients of COVID-19.
