Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan has directed police to probe into the tragic incident, which claimed the life of a young man in Quetta’s Hazara Town. The Chief Minister has directed the inspector general of police to investigate the incident and submit a report in this regard, an official handout issued by his office said.

A young man identified as Bilal Noorzai was beaten to death by a mob on Saturday in Quetta’s Hazara town area. Two of Bilal’s colleagues were severely beaten by the mob.

Perpetrators of the tragic incident would be brought to justice and that none would be spared in this regard, Jam Kamal Khan said. He however urged upon the family members of the deceased to demonstrate patience as his government was committed to doing justice.

The Chief Minister said FIR has been registered against the accused and justice would be done in this respect.

Five policemen including SHO Browery police station were also suspended by the Senior Superintendent of Police for showing negligence regarding the incident. An inquiry has been ordered against the concerned policemen.
