The Balochistan government launched the first mobile police station to facilitate the masses. This is for the first time that any province has launched a mobile police station in Pakistan.

Jam Kamal Khan, Chief Minister Balochistan in a Tweet said it was the first mobile police station launched in the province on a trial basis. The Internet and other necessary facilities would be provided to the mobile station.

“The fundamental objective behind the launching of this project is to facilitate common people to register their complaints on the immediate basis”, Jam Kamal mentioned. The idea has been hailed by people living in various walks of life.

The Inspector General Police Balochistan, Mohsin Butt said the mobile police station would provide eight facilities including character certificate, police verification, rent, registration of employees, etc. “The mobile police station comprises two buses”, Mr.  Butt said.
