Chief Justice BHC takes notice of rape, murder of boy in Killa Abdullah

Chief Justice Balochistan High Court (BHC), Mr. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail has taken notice of the rape and murder of a minor boy in the Maizai Addah area of Killa Abdullah district.

The Chief Justice has ordered the Commissioner Quetta Division, Deputy Commissioner Killa Abdullah to give him an in-chamber briefing about the tragic incident tomorrow (Monday) at 11 am.

Unknown culprits had kidnapped, raped, and murdered an eight-year-old minor boy in the Maizai Addah area of the Killa Abdullah district the other day. The incident has caused outrage in the area. The broken father of the minor boy,  Boor Muhammad had made an appeal to the Chief Justice BHC during an interview with this daily on Sunday morning.

DIG Police also directed to give an in-chamber briefing about the tragedy 

The Chief Justice has directed the Deputy Inspector General of Police to also brief him about the tragedy and the ongoing investigation into the case.

In the meantime, the provincial minister for agriculture, Zamarak Khan Achakzai, and the deputy commissioner Killa Abdullah, Tariq Javed Mengal visited the residence of the victim in Maizai Addah.

They offered fateha and expressed condolence with the broken family. They assured that the culprits involved in the tragic incident would be brought to justice.

Levies arrest 2 suspects in connection with the tragic incident

Levies force has picked up two suspects in connection with the rape and murder of the minor boy. “We are interrogating the suspects”, Tariq Javed Mengal told the daily Quetta Voice. He said the culprits would be brought to justice at all costs. An investigation team has been formed to interrogate the suspects with regard to the tragic incident, Me. Mengal stated.
