Forces timely reacted and foiled the terror bid
Security personnel timely acted and defused both bombs. This incident has come a day after the miscreants blown up a railway track in the Bolan district of Balochistan. The blast caused the suspension of train service between Balochistan and other parts of the country. Later in the day, the railway’s technical team repaired the damaged portion of the track, and train service restored between Balochistan and other parts of the country.
In Pishin, miscreants in the past have targeted levies (tribal policing) personnel through low-scale bomb explosions. Security tightened in and around the district after the recovery of two bombs. Police and Levies personnel tightened checking of all vehicles leaving and entering into the districts at all exit and entry points to avert any untoward incident.
