CTD arrests two miscreants in Kalat Balochistan: Spokesman

The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Saturday arrested two miscreants in Balochistan’s Kalat district during an intelligence-based operation (IBO). Both the miscreants arrested in injured condition, the Spokesman CTD said.
The arrest made in the Kapoto area of district Kalat. The Spokesman mentioned that the miscreants were trying to shift weapons to an area to carry out a subversive activity. The security forces followed the miscreants for almost five-kilometer.

“There was an exchange of fire when the forces reached the spot”, he informed. As a result of the exchange of fire, both miscreants sustained injuries and arrested by the CTD.
The spokesman mentioned that CTD also recovered weapons from the possession of the miscreants. “CTD team is investigating the miscreants”, he concluded.
