Duki: 70 levies personnel suspended for non-vaccination against COVID19

At least 70 levies personnel were suspended from their service for non-vaccination against COVID19 in Balochistan’s district Dukki. Despite repeated instructions, 70 levies personnel failed to vaccinate themselves against the deadly virus, a letter issued by the Assistant Commissioner Habib Bangulzai said. Quetta Voice obtained a copy of the suspension letter. The administration also stopped the salaries of the suspended personnel.

The suspended personnel include 2 naib tehsildars, 3 hawaldars, 1 moharar, wireless operator and others. Deputy Commissioner Dukki had directed the levies personnel to ensure vaccination against the deadly virus. However, 70 levies personnel failed to vaccinate themselves, Mr. Bangulzai said.
