“The minister has appeared before an investigation team of NAB”, sources in the anti-corruption bureau confirmed to Quetta Voice.
Majid Abro had served as health minister during former chief minister, Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo’s cabinet. Mr. Abro was accused of irregularities and violation of merit in official decisions.
Abro elected MPA during the 2013 elections
Abro was elected as a member of the Balochistan Assembly during the 2013 general elections from PB-28. He was elected on the ticket of the Jamoot Qaumi Movement. However, he had then joined the Pakistan Muslim League (N).
