Lt Gen Nadeem Anjum posted as DG ISI

Lieutenant General Nadeem Ahmed Anjum has been posted as the Director-General of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) on Wednesday. His predecessor Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed has been appointed as the Corps Commander Peshawar.

Lt General Nadeem Anjum has served as the Inspector General of the Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan and the Commandant Command and Staff College Quetta. He is considered to be one of the committed and visionary officers of the Pak Army.

As FC Chief, Nadeem Anjum played an important role in maintaining the law and order situation and reaching out to common people.

In a statement, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) announced two other postings as well, saying Lt Gen Mohammad Amir has been posted as Gujranwala corps commander while Lt Gen Asim Munir has been appointed as the quartermaster general.
