Musakhail police arrest a husband for allegedly killing his wife

Musakhail police arrested a husband for allegedly killing his wife on Thursday. The accused identified as Gul Zaman son of Muhammad Jan had killed his wife, Syed Saboor Agha, the District Police Officer told Quetta Voice.

Mr. Agha informed the accused had tortured his wife to death and declared that the victim died because of the wall collapse. “Police investigation proved the guilt of the accused of killing his own wife”, the DPO mentioned.

Police approached the parents of the woman in Balochistan’s district Zhob and convinced them to come to Musakhail. “We assured them that justice would prevail”, the DPO stated. The parents lodged a case against the accused and shared the past tortured history of their daughter with the police.

Police collected evidence from the house and recovered blunt weapons used in the killing of the woman. The father of the accused Jan Muhamamd also confessed that his son has killed his wife.

This arrest has come three days after the Musakhail Police arrested six proclaimed offenders wanted in murder cases.
