Blast kills 10, injured 2 in Karachi

A blast has killed 10 people and injured 2 in Karachi’s Shershah area on Saturday. Police sources said the explosion took a place in Nullah (drain) in Shershah.
The drain was beneath a private bank.
The official said it was suspected that the accumulation of gases in the nullah underneath the building caused the blast.
Meanwhile, Karachi Administrator Murtaza Wahab said an investigation was under way to ascertain the cause of the blast, and that necessary treatment was being provided to the injured.
