High Court orders reinstatement of Dr. Sajida Noreen as VC SBK

Balochistan High Court (BHC) has ordered the reinstatement of Dr. Sajida Noreen as the Vice-Chancellor Sardar Bahadur Khan (SBK) Women University. A division bench of the BHC comprising Chief Justice Mr. Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Mr. Justice Hameed Baloch passed this order on a constitutional petition.
The court observed that the sitting Chancellor has violated the rules and law in terms of the removal of Dr. Sajida Noreen as the VC SBK. This order has come after Governor Balochistan, Syed Zahoor Ahmed Agha who is also the Chancellor of SBK removed Dr. Sajida Noreen and appointed Dr. Naheed Haq as the VC of SBK.
The bench directed Dr. Sajid Noreen to assume the charge of VC SBK. The court ordered sending copies of the order to Chancellor and Registrar SKB.
