Dr. Umar Babar posted as Secretary C&W after BHC order

Balochistan government has posted Dr. Umar Babar as the Secretary Communication and Works (C&W) Department on Monday evening. According to a notification issued by the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD), the government has posted Dr. Babar as Secretary C&W.
Hafiz Abdul Majid has been transferred and directed to report to the S&GAD. The government has made this decision after the order of the Balochistan High Court (BHC). He was currently serving as the Secretary of Prosecution Balochistan.
Dr. Babar had challenged the transfer order.
Dr. Babar had challenged his transfer in the court. The court directed the provincial government to issue a posting order. Dr. Babar had pleaded that without any reason, the provincial government had transferred him in a very short span of time.
This order has come a week after the BHC division bench directed the Balochistan government to re-post Bashir Ahmed Bangulzai as the Secretary of Higher Education.
