Sardar Akhtar Mengal elected as President, Jehanzaid as GS BNP Mengal

Baloch nationalist leader, Sardar Akhtar Mengal has been elected as the President of Balochistan National Party (Mengal) and Waja Jehanzaib Jamaldini was elected as the General Secretary of the party. The party’s elections were held after its central council session, which thoroughly discussed political issues and issues relating to Balochistan. Sardar Mengal also remained the Chief Minister of Balochistan from 1997 to 1998.

Malik Abdul Wali Kakar was elected as the Senior Vice-President, Agha Musa Jan, Vice-President, Malik Naseer Shahwani, Deputy Secretary, Jamil Dashti, Joint Secretary, Agha Hassan Baloch, Secretary Information, Dr. Abdul Quddus, Secretary Publication, Akhtar Hussain Langove, Secretary Finance, Musa Baloch, Secretary Labour, Shakeela Naveed Dehwar, Women’s Secretary, Mir Nazeer Khoso, Kisan Secretary, Khudaid Waju, Secretary Fisheries, Ahmed Nawaz Baloch, Secretary Human Rights and Nazeer Baloch were elected as the Secretary Professional.

CM Bizenjo congratulates the newly elected cabinet members

Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo has congratulated the newly-elected office-bearers of the BNP Mengal. In a statement issued on Tuesday, Mr. Bizenjo has expressed the hope that the newly elected office-bearers would struggle for peace and development of the country and province.
