Blast kills four including the cousin of Sarfaraz Bugti in Sui

DERA BUGTI: A blast has killed four people including the cousin of Sarfaraz Bugti, the former home minister of Balochistan on Friday morning. At least 10 people were wounded in the landmine blast in the Sui area of the Dera Bugti district of Balochistan.
The victims belonged to the peace force in Dera Bugti. Sain Bux, the cousin of Senator Sarfaraz Bugti is also among the dead. Mr. Bugti belongs to the ruling Balochistan Awami Party (BAP). “Provincial and federal governments failing to protect the innocent people”, Mr. Bugti took to social media network Twitter and condemned the incident.
The injured of the blast were rushed to a hospital in Sui for medical treatment. An emergency was declared in the hospital to provide medical treatment to the injured of the blast.
FC, Levies reach the spot of the blast
Frontier Crops (FC) and Levies personnel reached the spot as an investigation into the incident went underway. Security tightened in the area in the aftermath of the blast, Levies stated.
Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo has strongly condemned the incident and expressed grief and sorrow over the human loss. In a statement issued after the blast, Mr. Bizenjo vowed that the perpetrators of the blast would be brought to justice and that none would be spared in this regard.
Agha Omer Bangulzai, the former home minister of Balochistan has also strongly condemned the incident. In a condemnation statement, Mr. Bangulzai has expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of human lives. He said the government must bring the perpetrator of the terror attack to book.
