A domestic issue has claimed 5 lives in Quetta’s Nawan Killi area. Three women are also among the dead, Ehsan Marwat, the Station House Officer (SHO) Zarghoonabad Police Station told Quetta Voice.
Marwat mentioned that a 15-year old boy and a man were also killed in the firing incident.
Son-in-law opened fire
The accused who was son-in-law opened fire and killed five people. The accused escaped unhurt from the spot, the SHO stated.
The dead bodies of the victims were rushed to the civil hospital Quetta for postmortem. “We are conducting raids for the arrest of culprit”, he said.
The incident happened as a result of a domestic issue, he added. “We demand the arrest of the culprit, Musa Khan Khilji, a tribal elder said. He urged police to make sure the arrest of the accused as early as possible.
No arrest was made in this regard till filing of this report.
