Accused convicted to 7 year RI in a child rape case in Quetta

QUETTA: District and Session Judge Sariab has convicted three accused to life imprisonment in two separate child rape cases on Thursday. Jan Muhammad Gohar, the Session Judge announced the judgment.

The accused had subjected a five-year-old minor boy to sexual abuse in the Sariad road area of Quetta. The court also fined the accused Rs. 4 lakh each for their involvement in the case. District prosecutor, Madam Shazia Shahana pursued the case in court.

According to the prosecution, the accused Mohammad Khalid son of Abdul Hakeem raped a 5-year-old innocent girl (AS) in Killi Raisani area of ​​Quetta. The judge of the court had reserved the decision of the said case.

Accused Zainuddin and Abdul Samad were also convicted

Accused sentenced to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 4 lakhs. The judge sentenced the accused Zainuddin son of Salahuddin and Abdul Samad son of Abdul Aziz to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. Fifty percent of the fine will be paid to the affected child. In case of non-payment of fines, the accused will have to serve another six months of imprisonment.

According to the Khaliq Shaheed Police Station, the accused named in the case had committed misconduct with a five-year-old student of a madrassa in Bhosa Mandi Kali Ala-ud-Din area near Quetta, who was arrested after interrogation. The challan was presented in the court on which the judge of the court while delivering the verdict yesterday, has sentenced the accused to imprisonment and a fine if found guilty. It may be recalled that the accused named in the case were on bail and were taken into custody and transferred to jail by police.
