Opposition leader in the National Assembly, Shehbaz Sharif has reiterated, “beggars cannot be choosers”, Talking to reporters on Saturday, he said that his words were reported out of context the other day.
Shehbaz Sharif stated that he was confident that economic stability was imperative for sovereignty. “We have to break the begging bowl”, the opposition leader said. Shehbaz Sharif stated that the economy needs to be improved to break the begging bowl.
Shehbaz Sharif’s words were widely shared on social media. Workers of the ruling Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI) had strongly condemned the words uttered by the opposition leader in this regard.
