Ramazan moon sighted in Lahore and Islamabad

Ramazan moon sighted in Lahore and Islamabad on Saturday evening. First Ramazan ul Mubarak will commence tomorrow (Sunday). A formal announcement would be made by the central Roiat Hilal Committee.

Zonal committees have informed the central committees about the sighting of the Ramazan moon. Ramazan was sighted in almost all parts of the country. Meetings were held in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta.

“Scores of people sighted Ramazan moon across Pakistan”, the Chairman of the Committee announced in Islamabad. He said this was for the first time that Ramazan ul Mubarak would be observed on one day across Pakistan.
