Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Asif Ali Zardari called on Chief of Balochistan National Party (Mengal) Sardar Akhtar Mengal at his residence. PPP leader Nayar Bukhari, BNP leaders Waja Jehanzaib Baloch, Sanaullah Baloch and others were also present on the occasion.
The two leaders discussed unfolding political events in the country. They also discussed untoward incidents in Balochistan’s Chaghi district. The two leaders agreed to work together for the country and nation.
Sardar Mengal had earlier said that his party would not become part of the federal cabinet in the aftermath of untoward incidents in Balochistan’s Chaghi district. BNP lawmakers had also staged a walk-out from the national assembly session.
