QUETTA: Balochistan government has established a tribunal of inquiry to probe into the Chaghi incident on Tuesday. Arshad Majeed, the Senior Member Board of Revenue (MBR) would lead the tribunal, an official handout issued on Tuesday night said.

The tribunal would file its report within 15 days. In Chaghi, the killing of driver Hameedullah had sparked violent protests in Chaghi and Nokundi. Events prompted the Balochistan government to form a tribunal of inquiry.

The tribunal has been formed on the directives of chief minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo, the official handout concluded.
