Armed men opened fire and killed one person in Balochistan’s Panjgur district on Thursday. Police said the firing incident happened at Mwach Chowk Khudaban.
The victim was identified as Dad Jan. Residents of the area reached the spot and shifted the dead body to district headquarters hospital Panjgur.
The assailants fled away from the spot. Police and levies reached the spot as an investigation into the incident went underway.

In another firing incident, a man named Muhammad Yasin was shot dead by unknown armed men in Panjgur town, the local police shifted the bodies of the deceased to the district headquarters hospital in Panjgur and later handed them over to heirs after medical-legal formalities.

The local police lodged cases of both incidents and started an investigation into the matters.
