Efforts on to bring women of Balochistan into national mainstream: IG FC

QUETTA: Inspector General Frontier Corps (North) Balochistan, Muhammad Yousaf Majoka has said that efforts were underway to bring the youth of Balochistan including women into the national mainstream. He expressed these views while addressing the passing out parade of women recruits in Balochistan’s Sibi city on Sunday.

The IG FC north was the Chief Guest of the passing out parade. Most of the women who had joined the FC belonged to various parts of Balochistan.

During the training, the women recruits were given special military training to play their due role in maintaining law and order situation in Balochistan.

Addressing the passing out parade and swearing-in ceremony of the second batch of Lady Soldiers, the FC Chief congratulated the passing out Lady Recruits for successfully completing the training and joining the force.

He urged the lady recruits to serve the motherland with pride, honor and dignity. He said that FC Balochistan is a well-organized and well-equipped force with all modern capabilities and professionalism.

Earlier, the special guest inspected the parade and also distributed prizes among the recruits who rendered excellent performance during the training. The ceremony was attended by Sector Commander East, FC officials, tribal elders and civil society representatives.
