Zarghoonabad police station Quetta arrested two kidnappers and recovered a 2-year-old child during an operation on Saturday. The accused had abducted the child for ransom from the Zarghoonabad police station jurisdiction, a police official told Quetta Voice. He requested anonymity since he was not authorized to speak to the media.
The accused had kidnapped the minor child three days back from the jurisdiction of Zarghoonabad police station. Senior police officers took notice of the abduction and formed a team to make sure the unhurt recovery of the child.

“We recovered the kidnapped child from Killi Geo area of Quetta”, the police official informed. He said one of the kidnappers was arrested from Qambrani road and another from the Nawan Killi area of Quetta.
Both the accused were shifted to the police station and a case was registered against them in connection with the kidnapping of the minor child. The accused have also confessed to the kidnapping of the minor child, he claimed. Senior police officers are expected to address a formation press conference in this regard soon.
