ISLAMABAD: Chief of his own faction of Jamiat ul Ulema e Islam (JUI), Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani and Chief of Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan discussed the anti-government campaign on Monday.
Maulana Sherani and other religious leaders called on the PTI Chief to discuss what they call ‘imported government’ and anti-government campaigns.
Central leaders of the former ruling party were also present on the occasion. However, a 25-member delegation from the JUI accompanied Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani.
The two leaders agreed to give tough time to the present coalition government and mobilize the masses. They expressed serious concern over inflation and other issues, the country is currently facing.
Maulana Sherani is nowadays critical of Maulana Fazal ur Rehman, the Chief of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM).
