At least three people were killed and two injured in a firing incident in Balochistan’s Panjpai area on Tuesday afternoon. Police sources said armed men opened fire on a vehicle and killed three people on the spot.
Two people sustained injuries and they were shifted to Quetta for medical treatment. The victims were stated to be local tribesmen. The assailants fled away from the spot unhurt.
Police and levies reached the spot as an investigation into the incident went underway. The reason behind the killing could not be immediately ascertained.
