Levies found the dead body of one of the three kidnapped minor girls was recovered in Balochistan’s Musakhail district. The minor girl was tortured to death, acting Deputy Commissioner Musakhail, Kaleemullah Kakar told Daily Quetta Voice. The minor girl was five years old.

“The girl was first rapped and then brutally murdered”, another administration official revealed. He requested anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter. The dead body was brought to Musakhail Bazar and the heirs of the victim also reached the district headquarters hospital.

The dead body of the minor girl was brought to civil hospital Quetta for postmortem. Despite repeated attempts, this scribe was not able to speak to the police surgeon to get verified information about the cause of death.

No information about the whereabouts of two missing girls in Musakhail. “We want an immediate recovery of the kidnapped girls”, Sadraduddin Musakhail, a tribal and political elder said. He said the government has totally failed to recover the kidnapped girls.

“We have formed a team to make sure the unhurt recovery of the kidnapped girls”, Kaleemullah Kakar explained. He said the administration was coordinating with local elders of the area to recover the kidnapped girls.

“This is a human tragedy”, Sadruddin Musakhail lamented.

Political parties have also staged protest demonstrations to mount pressure on the administration to make sure the recovery of kidnapped girls. “This is a human tragedy”, Sadruddin Musakhail lamented.

The deputy speaker Balochistan Assembly, Sardar Babar Musakhail had also directed the Inspector General of Police and Chief Secretary to submit a report regarding the kidnapping of minor girls.

Rights groups have also expressed serious concern over the kidnapping of minor girls and demanded of the government to use all available resources for their recovery. “This is an inhuman and barbaric act, the perpetrators should be brought to justice”, Allauddin Kakar, the Chief of Women Foundation Balochistan said.

Mr. Kakar said the community and government should join hands to expose the elements involved in such kinds of heniosu crimes.
