QUETTA: Chief Justice Balochistan High Court (BHC), Mr. Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan administered the oath to the five newly appointed additional judges on Thursday. The oath-taking ceremony took a place at the BHC hall in Quetta.

The newly appointed judges include Advocate Iqbal Ahmed Kasi, Advocate Shaukat Ali Rakhshani, Advocate Gul Hassan Tareen, Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana and Sardar Ahmed Aleemi. President Dr. Arif Alvi had appointed the five additional judges of the BHC on the recommendations of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan.

With the appointment of five new judges, the number of judges in the Balochistan High Court (BHC) reached 14.
