QUETTA: The death toll in rains-related incidents rose to 105 in Balochistan on Tuesday evening. As per the statistics shared by the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), 34 children and 30 women are also among the dead.

Most of the deaths were reported from Quetta, Bolan, Loralai, Khuzdar, Pishin, and other parts of the province. Rains-related incidents have also left over 60 people injured so far, the PDMA report mentioned.

Floods and rains have damaged over 6,000 houses, and killed 712 livestock and standing crops on 1,97,000 acres land across Balochistan. Over 500 kilometers of roads were also damaged in flash floods and rains.

Nine bridges and a large number of small dams were also swept away by floods in various parts of the province.
