DERA MURAD JAMALI: Protesters blocked main Sindh Balochistan highway at Naseerabad against the non arrest of killers of Talal Manjho on Wednesday.
Traffic remained suspended for hours as a result of blockade of road by protesters. “We want an immediate arrest of culprits behind the murder”, Mir Sadiq Umrani, the former Balochistan minister and the central leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
Talal Manjho was killed in a firing incident in Naseerabad few days ago. Police had booked former Balochistan industries minister Mir Ghafoor Lehri in the murder.
Protesters were demanding an immediate arrest of culprits. They were chanting slogans against police and the provincial government for their failure to arrest the killers.

“Our protest will continue till the arrest of killers”, Mr. Umrani stated.
Long queues of vehicles were witnessed because of the blockade of the highway.
There was also a report of firing on the protesters.
