Bizenjo appreciates Khuzdar levies force for recovery of kidnapped girls

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo appreciated the performance of the Khuzdar levies force and deputy commissioner for playing an effective role in the recovery of kidnapped girls. Levies force had recovered two kidnapped girls from Punjab province and arrested three kidnappers.

The girls belonged to Data Darbar Lahore and Faisalabad. Levies arrested three accused and registered a case against them in Khuzdar levies jurisdiction. “We conducted an eight hours operation to recover the kidnapped girls”, Major (R) Ilyas Kibzai said. He said a gang in Punjab had traded the girls with another gang in Sindh, which brought them to Balochistan.

Levies had conducted an operation led by the deputy commissioner Khuzdar, Major (R) Muhammad Ilyas Kibzai, and others. “I appreciate the efforts and operation conducted by levies”, Mr. Bizenjo said in a statement issued to the press on Tuesday evening.

CM Balochistan said the levies force was responsible for maintaining the law and order situation in most parts of rural Balochistan. “They ensured the unhurt recovery of the kidnapped girls”, he said. The CM stated that the law and order situation in Balochistan has improved after the operations conducted by security forces and levies.
