QUETTA: Chief Secretary Balochistan, Abdul Aziz Uqaili directed the concerned departments to increase the construction speed of the projects under the Quetta Development Package. ” No compromise will be made on the quality of construction work”, CS Balochistan said. 

Mr. Uqaili visited Quetta city early Wednesday morning. Additional Chief Secretary Planning and Development Hafiz Abdul Basit, Deputy Commissioner Quetta Shehak Baloch, Administrator Quetta Jabbar Baloch, Project Director Quetta Package, and other high-ups were also accompanied CS Balochistan.

The CS reviewed the projects under the Quetta Development Package i.e: Radio Pakistan Road, Inscumb Road, Saryab Road, Western bypass, and Spiny Road.

” Transfer of Utility Service lines should be ensured as soon as possible”, Mr. Uqaili stated. The work must be continued to ensure the completion of development projects within the stipulated time. Issues of transfer of the utility services on Sabzal Road should be resolved on a priority basis.

Mr. Uqaili added that the existing projects are very important to solve the traffic problems and facilitate the citizens. The completion of projects will make Quetta a modern, beautiful, and developed city.
