ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister and the Chief of Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan and Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani, the Chief of his own faction of Jamiat ul Ulema e Islam (JUI) discussed the prevailing political situation in the country.
Maulana Sherani called on the PTI Chief and discussed the unfolding events in the country, an insider of the meeting told Daily Quetta Voice. He said the two leaders thoroughly discussed the anti-government campaign and evolved a strategy to make it a success.
Maulana Sherani’s meeting with PTI Chief has come after recent video leaks that initiated a hot debate among the masses of the country. The Maulana had parted ways with the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Chief Maulana Fazal ur, Rehman, a few years back over policy issues of the party, which enjoys overwhelming support in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan provinces.
