QUETTA: Renowned political figure, author and writer, Rahat Malik breathed his last on Sunday morning. Family sources confirmed the death of the well-known political personality. Late Malik was suffering from a protracted illness. Rahat Malik was associated with National Party, a Baloch nationalist political party.
Former Chief Minister and the Chief of NP, Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch, Senator Mir Tahir Bizenjo, Mir Jan Muhammad Buledi and other party leaders have expressed grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Rahat Malik.
In their joint statement, the prayed that may Allah bless on the departed soul and give patience to the broken family members.
In presence of a large number of political workers and people hailing from various walks of life, Rahat Malik was laid to rest in Quetta on Sunday evening.
