A blast in Balochistan’s Khuzdar city left over a dozen people injured. The bomb went off on the Omar Farooq Chowk Khuzdar. The injured were rushed to the district headquarters hospital Khuzdar for medical treatment. An emergency was declared in the hospital to provide medical treatment to those injured by the blast. Three children are also among the injured, police sources said.

Doctors and paramedical staff were called on an emergency basis to provide medical treatment to the injured in the blast. Eyewitnesses said there were two blasts and most of the people were injured in the second blast. A senior health official told Daily Quetta Voice that a total of 13 injured were brought to the hospital for medical treatment.

Deputy Commissioner Khuzdar, Major (R) Ilyas Kibzai, and other high-level officials reached the hospital and inquired about their health condition.

Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Quddus Bizenjo strongly condemned the blast and directed the administration to arrest the culprits behind the attack. He also directed the health department to provide better health facilities to injured of the blast.
