Foolproof security to be provided for PSL match at Quetta: DIG Balochistan

Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Quetta Azfar Mahesar presided over the security arrangements review meeting for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) exhibition match that will be held on February 5 at Nawab Akbar Bugti stadium, Quetta. “Foolproof security will be provided for the cricket match”, DIG Quetta stated.

“Citizens are requested to cooperate with police and other security personnel to avoid any unwanted incident”, the DIG stated. This PSL is a good sign of peace, equality, and prosperity for Balochistan province, he added.

DIG briefed the meeting that no one will be allowed to enter without a ticket and the gate number written on the ticket will be allowed to enter. “No vehicle will be allowed to enter the stadium without a sticker”, Azfar Mahesar stated.

People are informed not to carry water bottles with any foreign or political flag other than the Pakistani flag that will be allowed to take inside.

Security will be tightened in Quetta city and near the stadium to avoid any unwanted incidents.
