Central Senior Vice-President, Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI), Qasam Khan Suri on Tuesday said his party would resist every unconstitutional move on behalf of rulers. He expressed these views while addressing a press conference at the party’s provincial secretariat. Doda Khan Shahwani of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) joined the PTI on the occasion.
The former deputy speaker of the National Assembly, Qasam Suri lashed out at the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) and termed it responsible for what the called economic crisis. “Rulers are advancing their personal agenda rather than country and nation”, Qasam Suri said.
Skyrocketing prices deprived masses of buying something
The PTI leader stated that the recent skyrocketing prices have deprived the masses of buying edible items and even medicines. PTI is the last hope of the masses, he said.
Regarding Balochistan, Qasam Suri said scores of political workers from various parties were joining the PTI because of its democratic and principled stance. He said the PTI was ready to participate in the general elections but the component parties of the PDM were frightened of the party’s popularity.

“They should come and political fight, why they are running from elections”, Qasam Suri said. He said the PTI was committed to upholding the banner of democracy and constitution in the country.
He urged the party workers to work day and night and play their due role in strengthening the PTI in the country. We would be successful in the next elections, he expressed the hope.
Qasam Suri informed that the PTI was in contact with all political personalities of Balochistan and very soon seasoned politicians of the province would join the party. We believe in practice rather than mere empty slogans, he added.
