Chaghi levies force arrested two accused allegedly involved in a kidnapping case and recovered weapons and narcotics from their possession.
Levies intelligence branch tipped off that a movement of a suspect is expected on N-40 towards Noshki from Dalbandin. Levies Quick Response Force (QRF) started to snap checking in the Padag area wherein a premio car was stopped.
The accused tried to escape from the spot. Subsequently, after an hour of chase, the suspects were arrested after an exchange of fire with the QRF. The accused were brought to the levies station. An investigation is underway in this regard, a senior administration official told Daily Quetta Voice. He requested anonymity since he was not authorized to speak to the media in this regard.
