Balochistan Minister Mobeen Khilji, Qasam Suri booked for inciting violence

Balochistan Minister, Mobeen Khilji and former deputy speaker national assembly, Qasam Suri were booked for inciting violence in the province. Violent clashes between police and the supporters of the PTI left one party worker dead and over two dozens injured. Police officials were also among the injured.

According to a first information report (FIR) obtained by the Daily Quetta Voice, the Bijli Road Police Station nominated former deputy speaker Qasam Suri and Balochistan Minister, Mobeen Khilji for inciting violence in the province.

Police also conducted late night raids at the houses of PTI workers and leaders and arrested more than 70 workers in Quetta and other parts of Balochistan. The arrested PTI workers were shifted to various police stations in the province.
