China Exhibition and Trading Center at Gwadar Port completed at a cost of $12 million, an official handout released to the press on Monday said. The 3rd International Expo Gwadar to be held at the newly established expo center in June 2023 to coincide with the 10-year celebrations of CPEC in July 2023.

The development under CPEC aims to transform Gwadar into a major commercial and economic hub, facilitate regional connectivity and increase Pakistan’s maritime trade, with Gwadar serving as Pakistan’s largest deep-water port.

The port offers a gateway to the Arabian Gulf, the Middle East and Central Asia States, Afghanistan. The China Exhibition and Trading Center has been completed at a cost of $12 million at Gwadar Port in a record time of six months, the official handout concluded.
