QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo has congratulated the newly elected chairmen and vice chairmen during the final phase of local bodies elections in the province.

Mr. Bizenjo took to the social media network Twitter and said that he was delighted to witness the peaceful conclusion of the final phase of local bodies elections across Balochistan. He said peaceful elections were held in 35 districts of the province.

CM Balochistan expressed the hope that the newly elected chairmen and vice chairmen would play their due role in the solution of problems faced by the masses. He said the provincial government made all necessary arrangements to make the elections a success.

The elections were held in a peaceful atmosphere and no untoward incident was reported from any part of the province.
